    I am excited to announce that my book,Conversations with Australian South Sea Islanders: a missing chapter from Australian history, is now published and on sale.

    This marks the completion of a project I have been working on for many years. As part of the creative process, I interviewed Elders and community members to document their history, experiences, and the legacy of blackbirding in Queensland.

    In 2020, the portraits and stories of 52 participants were featured in an exhibition at Artspace in Mackay. This book, a culmination of their generosity in sharing their stories, is available for $25 per copy, plus postage.
